![]() ![]() Suffice to say, i had enough kibble to tame 2-3 rex's at lvl 120, within a few days. to test i used a whole day(well almost) where i just stood next to the farm, and kept them in un-stasis, and the result? almost 3-5 eggs per 20th minut, wheras i had used a few weeks just to gather 20. I theorised that it was because the dinos where kept in un-stasis, and the eggs where dropping above the ground. Having them stand directly on sand and set to passive definitely works, as I've collected 400+ eggs from 12 females and 1 male in my base. Now they last 30 so you should see them more before they decay. I realised that whenever my friends where on, eggs started to spawn. Dilo eggs only lasted 5 minutes prior to yesterday's patch. My experience: I had an egg farm on a hillside/mountain area, and i could not understand why i had no eggs at all. The spawn chance is once every 20th minut, regardless if you're there or not *If you decide to have foundations, or have the dinos standing ontop of a celling, there's a chance the eggs will fall through, and you'll have to destroy the foundation/celling/ to get to the eggs. The eggs are therefore deposited under the ground and you'll have no way to reach them.Ī few facts: *Build on the beach, this is the point on the island, that are the lowest, minimizing/eliminating eggs going under the ground Which mean whenever you come back from your adventures(however long they can be) And the dinos go into un-stasis, they pop out of the ground. When they go into stasis, they kinda fall through the foundations / grounds. The issue where people has lots of dino's, that are mate boosted - but not producing any eggs can be because of where the dinos are.
